Switch from OpenEdge Studio (AppBuilder) to Progress Developer Studio

We are still using the OpenEdge Studio (AppBuilder) as of OE11.3.1 and we want to switch to the Progress Developer Studio. Finally I was able to convice the Powers That Be that - as of 2015 - it does make sense.

I know that in the past Progress allowed that switch seamlessly without charging additional license cost. I would feel more comfortable approaching the infamous Progress sales weasels when I would know whether that is still case or they usually take a certain charge now.

Does anybody know how Progress handles this usually today?

They are both development products and, in the North American market at least, they cost the same. So as this is like-for-like you should simply be able to trade an OE Studio license for a PDSOE license with no cost. I've done it in the past.
