Question Connect to OE 10.2 database from Progress Developer Studio 12.7

Is it possible to connect to an OpenEdge 10.2 database from Progress Developer Studio 12.7? When attempting to do so, I get error #1345, "Connection failed. Login refused; client has version 1210 and server has version 1004."

If not possible, are there older versions of Developer Studio available for download from Progress?

The rule is that the client can connect to databases running older releases but only one major release behind. So an oe12 client can connect to an oe11 database but not to oe10.

Given that this is a development database, can you upgrade it to v11 or 12 instead so that PDSOE 12.7 can connect to it?

Beyond the original question, what is the larger goal that you hope to accomplish?
