Error DB went down Please help to find out RCA

Hi All,

Progress version:-9.1d 32 bit
Serve :-HP-AIX

Today we got db down suddenly. Please help me to find out root cause.

Yes it's for asking questions, but it's also important to be able to help yourself first. All contributors here are volunteers giving up their own time to help others. We are not here to do the jobs you can do yourself, and are probably paid to do. If people aren't prepared to provide evidence of what they've researched already, then quite frankly, giving them the answer is not helping them. Please go ahead and read the KB articles in the Google search I linked and then come back if something is not clear, with a specific request to help understand what is not clear, and what you have already researched. If you are not able to do that, then answering your question is wasting everyone's time.
