Defrag Utility for Progress

is there a defrag utility for progress. i am aware a dump and load takes care of the defragmentation of the database and it is advised by progress. just wanting to know if there is an other way a defrag of the DB can be done

There are various tools to re-organise the data and indices, some of which are Version Dependant.
