Error Webservice WSDL Analyzer status error 403

This connection requires a certificate, but I have already used the commands WSDLAuth, WSDLKeyFile, WSDLKeyPwd and still gives the same error. can anybody help me?

I also tried to import the certificate using mkhashfile and then certutil.
