Have you read the PDF that's the first result in the google search?

This file describes the properties that you can define in the ubroker.properties
file. The components you can configure in this file are:
Adapters: AppServer Internet Adapter, Web Services Adapter, SonicMQ Adapter
UBrokers: WebSpeed, AppServer, MSS DataServer, ODBC DataServer and
Oracle DataServer
Messengers: CGIIP, WSASP, WSISA, WSNSA
NameServers: Local and Remote
Miscellaneous: Environment, Preferences, AdminRole

So no.

No. The database configuration done via the Admin Server is written to its own configuration file. It's name is conmgr.properties and it is per default located in the properties sub folder of the installation directory. Database which are configured via the Admin Server are called managed databases. Hence, if you use a script utilizing the proserve command they are called scripted database. Personally, if you just run databases on your system I prefer to use scripts and parameter files to start and stop them.

The ubroker.properties file is maintained by the Admin Server ( of course you can edit it manually with a text editor of your choice ) and contains the configurations of all unified brokers - most prominently the Name Server, the AppServers and WebSpeed Brokers. There are more but these are the most commonly used ones. The file is read by the Admin Server at startup and used to start and stop the other servers.
