I received a message "fax image , file 's extension TIF" which I had opened to read,
After read, I forwarded it to other person , addressed it , included a new message on top of the page and gave the command to sent it. (Pls note that message received was sent as a attachment).It was not possible .
I received a message as follows "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart outlook".
I try to save the message into the Draft and it was not possible too .It was necessary to close the message and lose all information i had included .
I restarted the process , forwarded the message, addressed , included a new message on top of page and did not opened the attachment ;Gave the command "send" and it was sent without problem.
Somebody could help me?
