Receiving soap message with no soapAction hedaer. WSA can not be use

Hi,

We've testing a WSA which interface with the external party. Everything works fine excep the WSA/tomchat is expecting "SOAPAction" HTTP header which the other application can not provide. Is there any workaround to get Tomcat stop validatin that SOAPAction HTTP header ?
