Prowin32.exe crashed when Oracle trigger fairs.

Hi, All!

We have done an installation of the Oracle DataServer ver 9.1B in Win NT environment. All operated properly and we have access to Oracle data.

The problem is
1. when oracle database trigger fairs in any operations (raise_application_failure (-20000, 'Error message....))
the progress client crashed.

Error message is
SYSTEM ERROR: bfdel: rmdel failed. (10)
Oracle messages also appear on the next screen.

After that ProWin32.exe crashed and Dr.Watson came 8).
Does anyone know what does it mean? Any solutions?
