Problem with using advapi32.dll to authenticate user on domain

I am trying to authenticate a Progress 9.1c user against a Win2K Active Directory domain. It is working from WinXP clients but not from Win2k clients nor from Win2K Terminal Server. Is there a way to trap the error returned from the LogonUserA call?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
