problem with Progress and MySQL

HELP !! I must connect Progress v.9.1 with MySQL database using ODBC. I use ODBC MySQL driver v.3.51. During reading DataDchema from MySQL database Progress generates an error "The timeout period for data source access has expired (6171)". My user has all privilleges on MySQL database. What must I do ?

Hi there,

It's always helpfull if you post your (full) version and patch level of Progress together with platform details....
I suppose you're on 9.1C. If so, then you have to upgrade to latest Progress 9.1C patch. See also KB: P15740
