Order Shipping

Sorry for two questions in one day but I am new to symix and we can't ship any orders. On the Order Shipping screen the trans-date is 01/03/00, when I go to change the status I get the error Trans Date must be between 12/01/99 and 12/31/99, Should [update] be performed? I have been told that all month end processing has been performed.

Can someone tell me where this error is coming from so I can find out what is causing the error.

Someone probably did not change your current period (accounting periods
under the General Ledger menu) or your current fiscal year (General
Parameters screen).

Go into "Financial / Accounting Periods" and change your current period on
the bottom of the screen.
