Error Multiple Crystal Report Viewers creates Error

My Customer has a Crystal Report Runtime Version 11 (supported by my software), he installed another run time version 14 (to support another software).
After that, we started getting the above error message whenever we are trying to run the report.

Can anyone suggest to me what might be the reason behind it?
