Jurjen's MDI Interface

I am currently trying to create a MDI interface with Jurjen's example but i am having a problem on resizing the window. If i resize the main window the Frame does not expand to the full screen? Has anyone been able to do this? Any info on how to expand the frame-window would be great!!
