getting error message that transaction id already exists

When creating new transactions - getting error message that transaction id already exists.

Trying to add a new order in 7.1 - an error flashes on the screen when it writes out to tr_hist. The message states that the transaction id already exists. The transaction did get created !!!

Posting the same question in multiple forums won't get your question answered any faster and is considered bad forum etiquette (i.e. spam).

And if this is related to vendor specific product (which sounds based on table name like MFG/PRO but may be something else), they may have have their own forum. At the very least, IMO there is not enough information given to respond with any validity.
