F1 Calls Progress Help no APPLHELP program

In Vista with Progress 91E, if I press the F1 key, then it calls the Progress help (help topics) instead the applhelp.p.
Any idea?

happened to me the same thing with windows 7.

if you press F1 and read below out something about a patch that you download and play.

This will provide the Progress help.
