Enabling "after-image" support

Running OpenEdge 10.1B hf 33 on Windows 2008 Server SP2

In an attempt to follow Tom's great Powerpoint presentation, it seems that we're are missing the .ai files.

Where is this file located, or do you create it?

Well... The .st file wasn't very clear, but after viewing the mfgsys.st file it made much more sense.

Is it required to re-run rfutil db -C aimage begin after rolling the .a1 files forward after a restore?
