dynamic query - browse issue

Another one question from me.
I've got classic situation. Browse-viewer-panel. There is a dynamic query in the browse.
The problem is when i update record with pressing update on the panel, it update record in viewer and i can see changes but it doesn't update record in browse. Also there is problem with new record too. It creates a new record, reopen query in browse but doesn't do reposition on the record i've just created.
Do i need to do all these manually?
It works fine if i don't use dynamic query.

I don't known your code , but you can take a look th this example ...
To run it, connect any database and add the *.w *.p files in your PROPATH.

It didn't help a lot because i use smart objects. I have no problem to create a dynamic query. There is problem with the update records in smart browse after i use update/save or new button on the smart update panel.
