Dump/Reload, DB Re-org Clueless

Hello everyone. I'm an Informix/SQL Server DBA but I'm a newbie in Progress. I've been tasked to do a DB Re-org on a Progress 8.2c. I have no documentation what so ever from Progress Software. So i did a search and bought Dan Foreman's 2 books, "Admin Guide", and "Tuning Guide". I read the Re-org section in these books but still clueless. The book seem to give a high level overview but no step by step procedure with commands and example for a newbie like me.

Is there another more detail Admin Guide book out there that is newbie friendly?

Is there written step by step guide for this task and examples?

Progress online has docs, but they're 9.1 unfortunately. The dump and load process is very similar in 8.2 and 9.1, so they may be of some assistance.

I will give you a full routine for dump load regen............

It takes 30 hours approx on a 16 gig.database to do.......

with our setup........
