Suppose a 2 ranges "pure date" partitioning... current records (this year) and "statistical" old records (previous year and older years) a FOR EACH Sales WHERE SaleDate (today - 700) (two years) and indexes apart... WOULD have an added overhead to combine data residing on 2 partitions? Thanks
