I am about to rewrite a system implementing Application Server. I wanted to know of any references, manuals, guides, books etc. which provide adivce on this subject.
Particulary I would like to see some source code examples of front-end and back-end app server code.
I need to find out now, before I start rewriting, the do's and don'ts as I don't want to rewrite the rewrite.
Any information would be welcome.
