Yes, those are Progress OpenEdge applications. They are available for purchase from the various companies which market them. There are thousands of others. Many are listed in the Global Solutions Catalog along with descriptions of their capabilities and target markets.

One might note that there are also a bunch that aren't in that catalog as well, not to mention a lot of custom applications that have been created.

However, I am curious since it isn't very common for people to ask what applications they can get for Progress. They might ask that about Oracle or SQL Server because those technologies get established as corporate standards, but not very often about Progress. Usually, one starts with the application -- distribution, accounting, manufacturing, etc. and asks what applications are available for that purpose. Among those are likely to be some OpenEdge applications.
