Unable to connect progress explorer.

Just moved our Progress 10.1B HF33 to a new server with a different name. The database started fine and port 20931 is running, but unable to connect to view the app servers and the proenv is unable to start or interact with the appservers. I'm looking for a dependency on the computername, but cannot find it.

Looks to be running again. Found the dependency in the mfgsys.ini file.,
