PO Maintenance - Unit cost of item

Applicable price and discount tables defined using functions on the PO/Sched/RMA Rcpt Price Menu, when referenced in the Price Table and Discount Table fields in the order header. Price and discount tables must be defined in the order currency.

Can anyone please let me know in which menu these values defined?
