Not run programm qad.net

Help solve the problem.
Qad.net 2.8 installed on OE10.1B-sp3 and MFG / Pro 2.1sp-4.
Run qad.net, only work requests, and the program does not start, I get an error"Unable to get idle session.Reason: getanidlsession: the initializing session did not become idle within 20 000 milliseconds"
What should I do?

Check the documentation and look for Connection Manager. Check if you have an idle session available that can be used for a new .Net session.
