Getting data out of an old Progress DB

Hi

I have some data in an old Progress DB from about 10 years ago which I'd quite like to get back.

Unfortunately I don't have Progress installed any more - I just have the .db and .lg files. (Probably Progress v6 or something).

Does anyone know of a utility I could use to extract the data to a text file?

There's just one main table with a few thousand records - might be a couple of supporting tables - I really can't remember!
