How does your business companies use the drop ship vs. the customer ship to address on the order?
The main use of the drop ship here has been to indicate an alternate destination for one/some of the lines/releases on an order.
The drop ship is also used for the freight forwarder address if needed for an export. The customer ship to would be the ultimate destination.
But that conflicts with the original use where the ultimate destination is the drop ship.
