We have a system develop in Progress which is currently running against a 10.1A database. The vendor has put out an upgrade and this new version drops support for running Report Builder reports. We have a few we need to covert to Crystal. Since there is no wiz-bang conversion tool, I want to install the version of the database from when we could modify Report Builder reports so I can open them to see what they are doing.
So, I installed 9.1C and the 9.1C27 patch. The server is Windows Server 2003 R2. When I open the Progress Explorer, I receive the error:
MMC could not create the snap-in.
Will 9.1C27 run on WS2K3? Do I need another patch?
