Rules Promo Effective Dates: August 12 – September 20, 2013 Applicable Products: all products in XXXXX and YYYYY Brand Groups. Qualifying Account Types (CustomerClass): “Preferred” and “Premium” Details: Carton rebates will be based on total accumulated qualifying product purchases within the promo period, as long as a qualifying order of 10 cartons has been placed. 10 cartons is a qualifying order for cumulative carton rebates and sweepstakes entry ONLY In order to receive extended payment terms and discounts a customer must have a 20+ carton order during the promo period See Price Lock carton requirements below Customers purchasing fewer than 10 cartons will not be eligible for any component of the Fall Promotion There is no maximum for the carton rebate. Only orders shipped and billed by us (OrderSource = Direct) will be eligible for terms, discounts, rebates, and sweepstakes entries associated with the promotion. Price Lock: A price increase for XXXX brand group products will take place on September 25, 2013 (4% increase across all products) Price Lock is only available on XXXXX brand group products Indirect sales (OrderSource = ‘indirect’) count toward a clinic’s price lock cumulative cartons but do not count for cumulative carton rebates.
