Hi,
Can anybody explain why Webspeed insists on having an open Internet
connection?
We use a TEAMInternetserver for dialing up to Internet. Webhosting is not
done on our own network. If this dial-up server at a certain moment is not
available, the brokers wont start properly. If the brokers are running and
the dial-up server is plugged out, things get ridiculously slow.
Because over here, local calls cost money, development of a webspeed
application becomes a costly business, because each time we start the admin
services on the server, it starts a call to the Internet.
Is this just a configuration issue? (if so, where to look?) or is it
something else I can't deal with?
Hope someone can help.
Grtx, Eric
