This is my first post and is probably an unusual one.
I am trying to get Progress 8.0.3b up and running (got to prove some integration). I have installed 8.0.3b but have NO documentation (it is licenced). I have created a new DB and used the Sports DB as the example. This DB is going to be fine for what I have to do, get data out of Progress, update it and write it back. End of Story.
I don't seem to be able to find any help on how to start/use the Sports App. Can someone help ? I looked at the V9 instructions but when it got to the bit about copying some files from src (?) and maybe image (?) I couldn't as V8 doesn't seem to have them.
If I can throw up a UI of say, a sale, and change some info (or better still, a suppliers address), that would be a start.
Table Names and ODBC driver info would also be good.
Can anyone help URGENTLY
