Title Background Color

Hello everyone. I have a quick (I hope it's quick) question. I'm trying to change my title background color on a frame and using the following "Frame FrameName:TITLE-BGCOLOR = 12" but this doesn't seem to work. I've encountered this problem before and just said forget and dropped a text box and did away with the frame title but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas what could be wrong or if this feature doesn't work? Progress ver 10.0B. Thanks in advance.

I've had this happen to me as well. The colour would not appear on the frame title bar in AppBuilder however when I compiled it and ran it on a test PC of mine it looked okay. Try a compiled version somewhere perhaps?

I recently had the same issue again and rather than mucking around trying to figure out what I did before to get it to show up, I just bypassed it again much the same as you did.
