Error System Not able to create next call ID



We create the call through call management menu daily. From yesterday, the system is not allowing us to create next call ID. For eg the last call ID was PAAYB113 and the next one should be PAAYB114.
We normally enters this value manually but the system is not allowing us to do so infact giving an error
ERROR: CALL ID LENGTH IS INVALID. I checked in Call Management Control File (11.1.24) and the values over there seems to be fine. But the next CALL ID value is fluctuating. We need the system back to be in control by allocating system default sequences and manual entry sequences.
Please help to fix this issue. Any help is appreciated.
