Answered SYSTEM-DIALOG GET-FILE and FILTERS

Hi guys,

Long time no see. I hope everyone is safe in this difficult time.

I have a question about the filters of the system-dialog get-file. I know how to setup multiple filters staticly and dinamicly but don't know how to get the Filter selected by the user?

Do you have any idea ?

system-dialog get-file does not provide anything for getting the selected filter - which the user can override by typing in anything else.
OpenFileDialog .Net control does seem to offer what you are after.

Thank you as always. I did work like this. A bit disapointed that progress didn't handle it all the way . But we have solution
