Hello All,
I am using QAD eB SP3 version.
I had an impression that rssup.p program only creates the schedule for those items updated in NET change MRP. But it seems that It creates the release for all schedules irrespective of the Items processed in MRP.
Did QAD changed this process in later versions ? We are processing the releases for the items that doesn't have any demand change in every run. This seems to put an extra burden on rssup.p. This is having impact on all the related processess like we are extracting these schedules through EDI to send to our suppliers . In case of intercompany demand our supplier plant is also getting an overload of processing them in MRP every day.
I think this is waste of time and resources.
I am planning to build a solution , so that only those items can be process through rssup.p which are processed in NET MRP.
Your suggestions are invited . I want to check it should not impact in any other way.
