Reconcile of AP

While doing reconciliation of AP between GL/ Subledger, which report I should choose. 25.15.2 and 28.17.6? What is the cause of the difference between the two? Is there any other reasons than exchange revaluation?

U have to use 25.15.2 to reconcile AP versus GL ideally there should not be any difference b/w AP and GL unless somebody have passed a journal transaction.
