Progress Installation Error

Hi All,

I am trying to install OpenEdge 10.2b in windows server 2003 R2. While Installing i am getting error like
"SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE FILE SPECIFIED
(E:\PROGRESS FILES\PROGRESS102B\4gldb)"

What is that 4gldb file? How to solve this error?

I believe it is a part of the installation package. If you have the original package downloaded from Progress, try unpacking it again and re-running the installer. If you don't, download it again from ESD and then reinstall.

This file is part of the installation media - it is some form of compressed archive. If you miss that file most likely your installation media is corrupt or for some reason the file was skipped when you extracted the downloaded zip archive or you lost it when you copied the contents of the extracted archive to some other location.
