Progress and MS WORD

Hello All,

I have the below error when I try to OPEN word document from Progress.
Can you help me to resolve this problem?

We had this; it turned out to be a problem with the Windows installation. We had to repair it (Google "repair Windows installation") and then everything worked perfectly.

Reinstall.
Overwrite and update UR installation of MS Word to repair.
Windows is falling down - reinstall to repair
