Question Progress 9.1C -> 11.3 & xPrint

Our customer has a custom application build in Progress 9.1C that used xPrint for reports. They are looking at migrating to new servers and would like to upgrade to 11.3.

Can someone tell me who maintains xPrint or if this is even needed with 11.3?
