PKCS#3, TDES, encrypt/decrypted, private/public key

Hi,

We are using Progress version 91D platform Windows 2000,

Is there someone who has experiance with encrypting/decrepting files with PKCS#3 / TDES and want to share this ?

The meaning is:

• We deliver a public key to a 3th party, the 3th party delivers us files encrypted with the public key.
• We decript the file with the private key.

At the moment I have no clue on how to set this up, how and where to get/make/generate/store the keys, what algorithm to use. Any help is apprieciated.
