Item-FIFO Problem

My Condition
Progress Version = 9.1C
SyteLine Version = 6.01.00
PRP = 11
Cost Type = Standard
Cost Method = FIFO

I would like to know the concept of Item-FIFO when Job Material Transactions is Process, The program will do the following


-Job-Issue (Positive Qty) = Up to date LIFO/FIFO (Itemlifo)
-Job-Withdrawal (Negative Qty) = Not up to date LIFO/FIFO (Itemlifo)

I’m not sure about Job Withdrawal step, anyone can confirm it is correct or not because our current program is localized by other company.
