Hi,
If I have kind of services want to provide to my customer, can I treat it as a customer order? And that service I maintain in Item Master Form, in Hours unit. Is that possible? Do I still need to do the order shipping process? Will that cause any problems to my inventory value? Then could be DO use as a Service Record Form? If the Service is need to create a job, then how would the Service BOM looks like?
Or anyone has a good suggestions? PLS help... Thank you.
