How to prevent DELETE via ODBC?

Hello,

I have MERANT4.0 ODBC connection to PROGRESS 8.3C. This connection has "READ_UNCOMMITED" setting. One of my users has linked some MFG/PRO tables in MSAccess. This user can not add or change records in the database but he can delete records from MSAccess.

Is there any way to prevent this behavior?

Your help is greately appreciated.
