Dear all,
I have fren in leather sofa manufacturing and we are facing the difficulty of how to maintain 2 stocked unit of measure in Syteline 7.04.20.
The unit of measure that we want to maintain are
1. hide = 1 piece of leather
2. m2sf = meter squarefeet of 1 hide of leather.
There is no standard m2sf in the hide of leather. Meaning that a fixed U/M conversion cannot be used. This is because every hide of leather could come in different sizes, got big cow and small cow.
So, is there the way to maintain these 2 stocking unit of measure? If using Lot tracked, meaning one hide equals to one lot, then how to improve in the PO receiving? One batch of receiving could have 20k hide leather. So it is impossible to define one by one.
Any suggestion? pls help. Thank you.
