How to export the structure of a table in the QAD except using odbc?

on the database server:
mpro <path/to/database/databasename> -p dicpt.p -rx
choose: admin --> dump data and definitions --> Data definitions (.df file)

Or use the vst tables _file, _field, _index, _indexfield etc...
