Hi Jeff, Can you send me the On-Premise data host logs from your test connect attempt? The logs will be located in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Progress\DDCloudOpAcc. It might also help to change the Logging registry entry from 1 to 3 located under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Progress Software Corporation\DDCloudOpAcc. Regards, Rashmi
