Question Datepicker for website

Can anyone recommend a datepicker to use?

The one we currently have is really old and we keep running into problems with new releases of IE.

Preferrably it would allow the user to easily change the month and year and also be able to blank out the date from the calendar (we currently disable the date field so the user can only populate it from the calendar).
