Unfortunately the market, is not interested in REMOTE support. I too evaluated this approach as a developer looking for a PSC position. Unfortunatly the industry does not seem to be interested in this approach and would rather pay for hands-on support because remote support has proved too costly and flakey long-tem because of the huge number of different protocols.
