Border thickness in MS Excel

Can any one help to adjust the table border thickness in MS EXcel...
How do v adjust the border thickness of Ms Excel table border so that it seems properly ordered with the contents of the page.

By default, the border thinkess is little bit thicker, that the page looks ugly with that thickness...

Is it possible to decrease the thickness.??
