Better Recycle Bin

We have some fairly large recycle bins in our customer environments, some to the tune of 30,000 records. If we have to track down a single record that was erraneously deleted, it is very difficult to look through each page for the record. At the very least, there should be some filtering and searching allowed on the recycle bin, by name, or by object type.
